Bollinger Shine Co. LLC :
Payment Due at time of set up on all Subscriptions with $50 Member Set up fee. Payment plans will come with an additional fee. Cancellation will result in 20% Package Fee.
Any single bookings will be paid in full at the time of arrival and Member Fee does not apply.
Customer Responsibility:
• Remove personal property: Customers must remove all personal items from the vehicle's interior, including the trunk, console, and glove box.
• Inform of issues: You must inform B.S.C. LLC of any pre-existing damage or issues, such as a dead battery, malfunctioning windows, or hazardous materials, before the service begins.
• Safe location: Ensure the vehicle is parked in a safe and legal area for the service.
Liability and Service limitations
• Personal property: Detailers are not responsible for lost or damaged personal items left in the car.
• Pre-existing damage: The service is not liable for pre-existing damage, mechanical issues, or stains that cannot be removed with standard procedures.
• Service guarantee: B.S.C. LLC reserves the right to void our service guarantee if the customer does not disclose issues like heavy stains, biological waste, or chemical spills.
• Damage claims: Any claims for damage will typically be limited to the cost of the service provided.
Scheduling and cancellations
• Cancellation policy: Be aware of the B.S.C. LLC's policy for canceling or rescheduling appointments, BSC LLC will charge a fee for late cancellations (within 6 hours) or no-shows.
• Rescheduling: The company may need to reschedule due to weather, staffing, or equipment issues.
• Late arrival: BSC LLC has a grace period for arriving late due to traffic or other issues, so patience is requested.
• Client not present: You may still be charged the full service fee if you are not present or the vehicle is not accessible upon arrival.
Payment and other terms
• Payment: Payment is due upon booking the service and can be made via credit card, debit card, or cash.
• Late payments: BSC LLC charges a late fee of 10% of service cost after 48 hours of Service
• Additional services: You may be charged extra for work that goes beyond the scope of the original booking.
• Service refusal: The company reserves the right to refuse service for various reasons, including safety concerns, untold vehicle condition or inappropriate behavior.
• Dispute resolution: Any Disputes have to be presented to BSC LLC within 48 hours of your service date.
